The Weekend

Kicking off the weekend, Julie and Garret hosted a rehearsal dinner on the barn patio, with food by Itsa Pizza.

The following day began with Garrett digging up an upside down bottle of whiskey he and Julie buried at HH months earlier. The tradition is to ward off bad weather, which must have worked, considering the storm clouds all over the radar magically passed us by.

Julie got ready in the farmhouse while Garrett and groomsman hung out at the barn. Eventually guests were invited to the fern forest for their ceremony under the maple trees.

Afterwards guests were greeted with drinks and appetizers from Main Course catering.

Jay Mclefresh DJ’d the floor shaking reception until sore- legged guests stumbled up the path to catch the midnight bus home.
